Skosh (York ) ltd. is not obliged to carry out any incomplete or inexact orders or orders placed with different methods to those established in these General Conditions.
The contract between skosh and the Customer is deemed concluded at the time in which skosh, after verifying that payment has been duly made, despatches the ordered products to the Customer. skosh will send the Customer an email message confirming despatch of the ordered products.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
By agreeing to these Terms and conditions you represent that you are at least the legal age in your area of residence when purchasing products containing alcohol.
In the event that the products ordered by the Customer are not available, skosh will notify the Customer of the lack of availability as soon as is practicable and to refund the Customer any sums already paid within 30 days of such notification.
Deliveries are carried out on behalf of skosh by a courier. Generally, delivery takes place within 14 days of the date on which the order is accepted by skosh.
In the event that your order is not delivered within 30 days of the date of ordering, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund of all monies paid by contacting our office on +44 (0)1904 634849 during the office opening hours of Wednesday – Friday 10am to 5pm or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org on any given day.
On the rare occasions that an item is out of stock we may send part of your order separate from the out of stock item. The remaining items will be sent separately as soon as they become available. You will only be charged one postage and packaging charge regardless of how many parcels we send to fulfill your order.

We accept all major credit cards through our Stripe payment system.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Obvious signs of use
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Due to our exciting renovation plans in January, we currently have the bookings diary open until the end of 2023. We aim to reopen in early March, but unfortunately cannot give an exact date just yet!
